Just wanted to say thanks for the great customer service. I had ordered various sunglasses, and they didn't work out. The return process was very fast and flawless! Also I ordered prescription eyeglasses, and they were perfect! I was nervous at first about ordering Rx eyeglasses online, but the process was very easy, and gave me some peace of mind knowing that my investment would be what I expected. I would like to commend you guys for the job well done. When I received my glasses, tried it on, and it was a perfect fit, no adjustments needed. Even as i wore it feels great and very comfortable. Lens are quite impressive. This is my first experience for prescription glasses but second time purchase (1st purchase was sunglasses - also a perfect fit). Thank you very much for great purchase experiences. Moreover, customer service were also exemplary.

I just wanted to say that one of your representatives did a great job helping me get my eyewear dispite the troublesome conditions. She helped me get my eyeprotection in time for training, and she even adjusted the place to ship them to so I had them at my training facility when I arrived rather than having to forgo picking them up at my home of record. Thank you so much. I just wanted to tell you she did a wonderful job adjusting and helping me out so much! I love my product and the customer service.
