Contact Lens Customer Testimonials

Lisa Araujo-Gehoski from Chandler, Arizona, 6/14/2014
I am VERY happy to tell you that when I got home from work on Friday, my contacts were at the door! Thank you so much for all the hard work. I rate your customer service as five stars.

Monica Montasseri from Madison, Alabama, 12/12/2013
Just placed the order. SUPER happy!

Lance B from Converse, Texas, 4/2/2013
I have worked with Erica with every change on my order and she has been considerate of my needs. Not only do I feel respected but I feel wanted as a customer. With Erica's constant professional approach and her ability to work with me, I am able to stay updated on all matters to my last pair of pending sunglasses and was able to modify my shipping address with no issues. Her polite and calmness is really noticeable, even though it is basic correspondence through email. I wanted to extend my sincere gratitude to Erica, you, and your company for the excellence customer support I have received.
